Reservations are confirmed only after prepayment of at least 50% of the total amount;
Sending the information message about conditions and/or availability does not guarantee confirmation of the reservation;
Any service or OFFER taht is not mentioned in the confirmation message is not included in the reservation;
OFFERS are always subject to availability. The unavailability of an OFFER does not give the right to refund payments or issue a voucher, nor does it constitute a valid reason for free cancellation;
Conditions for cancelations
Up to 72 hours before check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid;
Up to 48 hours before check-in date: 50% refund of the amount paid
Note: Refunds are made to the same account or card used for the initial payment.
Access will be denied to anyone who is notoriously intoxicated or without psychological conditions to attend our establishment;
Access will be denied to anyone who refuses to make payment at check-in or to comply with the payment policies defined by us;
Access will be denied to those who refuse to present a document proving their identity (citizen card, passport);
Access will be denied to anyone who refuses to respect our operating rules;
Access will be denied to anyone who disturbes de regular operation of our unit;

We reserve the right to interrupt, cancel or deem invalid any promotion we are running without giving reasons.
Use of vouchers
Booking an experience, massage ritual, accommodation or meal package in the form of a voucher and a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled date will result in the voucher being invalidated without the right to return.
